We proudly offer free-forged, shaped forgings and bars starting at 20 Kg and going up to 10,000 Kg as well as drop forgings from 20 Kg up to 500 Kg made of carbon and middle-alloyed steel – all under heat treatment with precise mechanical surfacing. Products in the highest demand are of S355J2G3, STN 11523, C40, C45, 42CrMo4, STN 15142, 34CrNiMo6, STN 19663, AISI 4340 among others. Our defining products among free forgings are shafts, rods or flanges made of middle-alloyed steel cultivated and fully mechanically surfaced. Our portfolio of drop forgings consists of crane wheels, gear components made of middle-alloyed steel cultivated and fully mechanically surfaced. All varieties of our free forgings are delivered to customers according to their specifications and in accordance with EN, GOST and ASTM norms.
